Plus précisément, les vols intérieurs annulés le 7 septembre incluent les liaisons suivantes : Ho Chi Minh Ville – Van Don ; Hanoï – Da Nang ; Dien Bien – Hanoï; Nha Trang – Hanoï ; Hanoï – Quy Nhon; Hô Chi Minh-Ville – Thanh Hoa ; Haiphong – Hô Chi Minh-Ville ; Hanoï – Da Lat ; Hanoï – Tuy Hoa ; Can Tho – Hanoï; Hanoï – Hô Chi Minh Ville.
Vietnam Airlines a annulé 34 vols et ajusté les heures de fonctionnement de 78 autres vols nationaux et internationaux en raison de l'impact de la tempête n° 3.
De plus, 4 vols internationaux ont été annulés, notamment : Siem Reap - Hanoi (numéro de vol VN836) ; Hanoi - Siem Reap (numéro de vol VN837) ; Siem Reap - Hanoi (numéro de vol VN842) et Hanoi - Siem Reap (numéro de vol VN843).
Vietnam Airlines compte également 53 vols intérieurs et 25 vols internationaux devant modifier leurs horaires de fonctionnement.

Le représentant de la compagnie aérienne a déclaré que la modification du plan de vol en raison des conditions météorologiques vise à garantir une sécurité absolue pour chaque vol.
La compagnie aérienne précise que les horaires de vol peuvent encore être modifiés en fonction de l'évolution de la tempête et des opérations des autorités. Les passagers doivent donc continuer à suivre et à mettre à jour les informations. D'autres ajustements du programme seront annoncés par Vietnam Airlines et les passagers aux coordonnées figurant sur leurs billets.
