However, this potential remained unpolished until the Suoi To Commune People's Committee organized a workshop to implement the "Project for the Conservation, Development, and Construction of Community Tourism in the period 2026–2030, with a vision to 2045." The workshop was attended by leading experts, local leaders, forestry officials, and the travel business community. A crucial direction was agreed upon: Shan Tuyet tea is not just an economic crop, but the "soul," the cultural symbol, and the most valuable resource for developing sustainable ecotourism.
