VHO - On the morning of August 22, the Organizing Committee of the VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang 2025 held a press conference to announce information about the race. This is the fourth time the race has been held in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa) and has attracted nearly 13,000 registered athletes. This not only demonstrates the prestige of the race but also the appeal and appeal of the coastal city of Nha Trang to tourists and athletes.

Accordingly, the tournament will officially take place on the morning of August 24 on Tran Phu - Nha Trang route with 4 distances: 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km.

Before that, on August 22 and 23, the tournament's Expo will take place at the Libera Nha Trang coastal urban complex with many activities such as watching the Dream Puppet show, diving to see coral, SUP rowing, and art and music programs to create a vibrant atmosphere before the opening ceremony.

In addition, on the morning of August 23, the Kun Marathon took place with the participation of 2,000 children from 6 to 10 years old to spread the spirit of sports to the young community, inspiring early exercise for the future generation of the country.

Regarding the race, Ms. Le Van Anh - Deputy organizer of the race shared that VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang 2025 contributes to spreading the spirit of healthy living, connecting the community, and sports lovers. This year, the race attracted a record number of athletes - 13,000, including about 4,000 athletes from the runner community and people in Khanh Hoa province; more than 9,000 athletes from all over the country and internationally will contribute to promoting the image of Nha Trang Khanh Hoa tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that in recent years, sports competitions held in the area have attracted a large number of athletes, locals and tourists to participate, which has contributed to promoting the potential for tourism in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, a positive signal for both local sports and tourism.

Mr. Thanh affirmed that this is a national-level sports tournament, contributing to promoting and shaping the image of Khanh Hoa tourism - sports as friendly, dynamic and attractive. Therefore, since reaching an agreement with the Organizing Committee, the province has regularly held meetings, coordinated with departments and branches, and devoted many resources to coordination.

The locality has issued guidelines for accommodation, food and service establishments to provide incentives for athletes and their relatives. Khanh Hoa province's viewpoint is to create all conditions for athletes and their relatives to have safe and attractive experiences during their time in Khanh Hoa to attend the tournament.
