This morning, the opening of the National Achievements Exhibition

VHO - The National Achievements Exhibition with the theme "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" will officially open at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi) at 9:00 a.m. this morning, August 28. The exhibition is open free of charge to the public and visitors from August 28 to September 5, 2025.

The opening ceremony was broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam .

The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day introduces and displays the country's outstanding achievements in 80 years of construction and development in various fields, especially key areas such as industry - technology; investment - trade; agriculture - rural areas; security - defense; foreign affairs; health, education; culture, sports and tourism.

Earlier on the evening of August 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the rehearsal of the opening ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition and inspected the booths.

At the same time, introduce Vietnamese culture - the country - people with 4,000 years of history; the rich cultural diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the abundance of resources, products of the three regions and outstanding architectural works of the past and present across the country.

Introducing green industries and Vietnam's green transformation and digital transformation journey; introducing Vietnam's aviation and aerospace industry; introducing Vietnam's security and defense industry; introducing spaces of countries with particularly important diplomatic relations with Vietnam; introducing spaces of 12 Vietnamese cultural industries.

The exhibition includes large panels, photos, drawings, documents, artifacts combined with 3D mapping projections, virtual reality experiences, multimedia audiovisual works, digital technology applications, AI...

The exhibition is displayed in large content areas such as general display area; green economic zone, clean energy and green industries; aviation and space industrial zone; security and defense industrial zone; international zone and 12 cultural industries zone.

The exhibition consists of 3 sections:

Exhibition areas include: General exhibition area (Kim Quy Exhibition Hall); outdoor exhibition area (Courts: East, West, South, North); international exhibition area and 12 cultural industries (Block A Exhibition Hall).

The general exhibition area (Kim Quy Exhibition Hall) has the theme Vietnam - Journey to a new era.

The general exhibition area includes horizontal slices of history and vertical slices of core values, great achievements and immortal legends of the history of building and defending the country of Vietnam, led on an experiential journey containing profound messages.

The subdivision includes 6 exhibition spaces with the following themes: Vietnam - Country - People ; 95 years of the Party flag guiding the way ; Development creation ; Rich province, strong country; Economic locomotive ; Starting a business to build the nation .

The outdoor exhibition area has the theme of Integration and Development.

The subdivision includes exhibition spaces with the following themes: For a green future , Sky aspiration , Sword and shield , National festival and space for performing art programs.

The international exhibition area and 12 cultural industries (at Exhibition Hall Block A) have the theme of Integration and Creativity .

This exhibition area includes the exhibition space with the theme Creativity for Construction , Vietnam and the world .

Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) Ma The Anh said that the Organizing Committee hopes that when entering the exhibition space, every citizen, especially the young, will feel national pride and a sense of responsibility to the Fatherland. The exhibition is not only to "watch" but also to "live with history", to understand that over the past 80 years, our nation has gone through many hardships but also full of glory.

“We also hope that this event will become a forum for meeting and exchanging between managers, researchers, and artists, thereby finding new ideas in preserving and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam,” Mr. Ma The Anh shared.

Some outstanding activities within the framework of the exhibition:

August 29 (Friday): Forum "Application of artificial intelligence AI in the digital age"; workshop "The role of data in the digital age" chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology; art program chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee at Bac Stadium.

August 30 (Saturday): At 8:00 p.m., art program hosted by the Ministry of Public Security at the North Stadium.

August 31 (Sunday): At 8:00 p.m., the art program "Hanoi - Forever Vietnam's Aspiration" hosted by the Hanoi People's Committee at the North Stadium.

September 1 (Monday): Performances, tours, and art exchanges between provinces and cities.

September 2 (Tuesday): At 8:00 p.m., art program hosted by Hue City People's Committee.

September 3 (Wednesday): Performances, tours, and art exchanges with provinces and cities.

September 4 (Thursday): At 9:00 a.m., Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City Business Forum chaired by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

September 5 (Friday): The closing ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. at the North Stadium with the art program "80 years - The Road of Glory". The program will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam.

The exhibition is open from 9am to 10pm, continuously from August 29 to September 5; on August 28, it opens from 1pm.
