According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the 2025 Autumn Fair is organized to implement the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 and Decision No. 2750/QD-BCT dated October 6, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade approving the Plan to organize the 2025 Autumn Fair. This is a centralized trade promotion channel, creating an environment to connect supply and demand, stimulate consumption, promote production and business, expand import and export and attract investment. The fair contributes to promoting socio-economic development, creating momentum for new steps forward for the Vietnamese economy in the era of deep integration.

The approved plan clearly states that the 2025 Autumn Fair will take place from October 26 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi. The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development requests each distribution enterprise to participate in arranging and setting up at least 5 standard booths (9 m²/booth); of which, 4 booths will display and introduce high-quality, reputable products; 1 booth will be dedicated to OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program). At the same time, organize a purchasing team, connect product consumption to work with manufacturing enterprises in the distribution system.

Along with the exhibition, businesses will also attend the Forum on Domestic Market and Distribution Channel Development 2025. This is a space for policymakers, experts and businesses to exchange experiences and orient domestic trade development strategies in the context of a rapidly changing retail market. Therefore, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development calls on industry associations to actively promote and encourage members to register to participate, and at the same time contribute ideas at the forum to create a more dynamic, modern and sustainable Vietnamese goods market.

With a scale of more than 130,000 m² of exhibition space and about 3,000 booths, the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to welcome up to 500,000 visitors per day, reflecting the special attraction and influence of the event. In particular, the 2025 Autumn Fair and similar events will contribute to affirming the brand of Vietnamese goods, promoting the national image, enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena, gradually making the country an important trade and investment hub in the region and the world . Therefore, businesses need to register to attend before October 15, 2025.
