168 delegates attended the 1st Party Congress of Phuc Loi Ward

HNP - On the afternoon of August 21, the 1st Congress of Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held a preparatory session.

Attending the Congress were 168 delegates representing 3,979 party members of the entire Party Committee.

With high consensus, the Congress elected the Presidium of 5 comrades; elected the Secretariat, the Delegate Qualification Examination Board, and approved the Congress program for the official session taking place on the morning of August 22.

On behalf of the Presidium, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang presented the Working Regulations of the Congress.

Ward Party Secretary Nguyen The Thach gave a speech orienting the contents that need to be focused on discussing the Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 18th Hanoi City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Phuc Loi Ward was established under Resolution No. 1656-NQ/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the old Phuc Loi Ward; part of the natural area and population of the wards: Viet Hung, Giang Bien, Thach Ban, Phuc Dong (Long Bien district) and Co Bi commune (Gia Lam district). The ward has a natural area of ​​10.41 ^km2 ; population of 66,790 people.

With the motto "Democracy - Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the 1st Congress of Phuc Loi Ward Party Delegates is a historical milestone marking a new journey of construction and development with the determination to "Build a clean and strong Party and political system; democracy, solidarity, innovation, creativity, proactive adaptation; build Phuc Loi Ward to develop more and more sustainably, civilized and happy".
