230 billion VND for resettlement construction to serve Binh Thanh Industrial Park project

(QNgTV) - The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just decided to adjust the investment policy for building infrastructure for resettlement areas and reburial of graves, serving projects in the Binh Thanh Industrial, Urban and Service Park.

Relocating and resettling people so that Quang Ngai can attract investment in building an industrial service urban area of nearly 3,400 hectares.

Accordingly, the project has two items including a resettlement area and a grave reburial area located in Binh Son commune, including: Binh Long resettlement area of more than 14 hectares and Phuong Hoang People's Cemetery (phase 2) with an area of nearly 5 hectares.

The project has a total investment of 232 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works. Implementation period is 2024-2027.

Binh Thanh Industrial, Urban and Service Park has a total area of 3,391 hectares, located in the communes of Binh Son, Dong Son and Van Tuong.

Binh Thanh Industrial, Urban and Service Park is identified as an industrial, urban and service development area in the South of Dung Quat Economic Zone, developing multi-industry, environmentally friendly high-tech industry, associated with urban - support service areas.
