(NLĐO) - Implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational structure, 8 heads of departments and 3 heads of district police stations under the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department have requested early retirement.
On the afternoon of February 19th, the Hoa Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director regarding the retirement of 26 police officers holding leadership positions at the department level and equivalent.

It is known that among the 26 officials who applied for early retirement starting from March 1, 2025, there are 8 heads of departments, 3 heads of district police, 11 deputy heads of departments, 3 deputy heads of district police, and 1 head of the Women's Committee of the Provincial Police who are retiring early.
According to the Hoa Binh Provincial Police, the officers requesting early retirement are all individuals who have risen through the ranks from the grassroots level, holding leadership and command positions and having experience in various fields. Many of them have served and contributed to the police force for under 30 years to over 40 years. Throughout their careers, these officers have been evaluated by the Provincial Police Party Committee and Board of Directors as having performed their duties excellently, and many have received commendations from various levels.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Do Thanh Binh, Director of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police, expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the officers for successfully completing their assigned tasks. He also acknowledged the significant work results and contributions of the officers that have contributed to the overall achievements of the provincial police force over the past period.
