Of these, there are 16 public investment projects in the district and city that have been decided on investment policies by competent authorities, 3 hydropower projects, 2 projects that have been decided on investment policies by the Provincial People's Committee, 8 mineral exploitation projects... Notably, among these, there are 2 residential projects in Nhon Trach district that need to change the purpose of using rice-growing land with an area of ​​nearly 67 hectares: Dai Phuoc tourist urban area (Phong Phu Riverside) with a scale of more than 75 hectares, rice-growing land area of ​​45 hectares; Dai Phuoc tourist urban area (Dai Phuoc River), with an area of ​​nearly 50 hectares, rice-growing land area
