40 restaurants honored as "Famous Restaurants of Can Tho City"

(CTO) - Within the framework of the 2026 Southern Vietnam Traditional Cake Festival, the "Famous Restaurant of Can Tho City" award ceremony took place on the evening of April 30th at the main stage, Binh Thuy Square.

This is an initiative by Grab Vietnam Co., Ltd., aimed at finding and honoring restaurants and eateries that embody local identity, providing a complete culinary experience for diners, from dine-in options to online ordering services. Through this, it contributes to promoting and advertising city tourism, especially local culinary tourism.

Previously, the program was implemented in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Hue. In Can Tho City, the program received support from the Mekong Delta Chefs Association.

The list of honored restaurants is based on real-world data and feedback from locals and tourists.

Specifically, the data used is real-world data from the GrabFood platform in 2025: order volume, star ratings, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels. In addition, the list was compiled by referencing information from the professional association, the Mekong Delta Professional Chefs Association, and aggregating votes and reviews from community pages in Can Tho . Criteria regarding food safety, service quality, and consumer rights were also considered during the evaluation process.

The list of honorees includes 40 restaurants, with 15 in the "Renowned Flavors" category, 15 in the "Ultimate Experience" category, and 10 in the "Growth Star" category.
