Minh Tinh Pagoda is located on Ham Nghi Street, Ngo May Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The pagoda's architecture harmoniously blends ancient and modern Eastern styles, utilizing many wood-imitation building materials, large reliefs, and Buddha statues. Ngoc Hoa Pagoda is located on the Phuong Mai peninsula in Ly Luong village, Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. It houses and preserves the tallest twin statues of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva in Vietnam. Seen from afar, this 30-meter-tall statue stands out against the sea and sky of Binh Dinh. The pagoda currently houses two colossal statues, approximately 2.8 meters tall, commonly known as "Ong Den" (Black Ông) and "Ong Do" (Red Ông). Many spiritual and mysterious legends surround these two statues. In 2011, the pagoda was classified as an architectural and artistic heritage site by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; it houses two guardian statues – 13th-century Cham sculptures.

This March, visitors to Binh Dinh shouldn't miss the opportunity to watch the UIM-ABP AQUABIKE Motorboat Race from March 22-24, 2024, with approximately 70 racers from 30 countries participating. The UIM F1H2O International Professional Motorboat Race will take place from March 29-31, 2024. This marks the first time Vietnam has been on the world map in Formula 1 motorboat racing, competing against teams from China, UAE, France, Finland, Norway, Portugal, and more. Throughout the series of events, there will be side activities aimed at attracting tourists and foreign investment, such as: the 1st Binh Dinh Province Traditional Boat Race and Stand-Up Paddleboarding Open 2024, held from March 25-27; and the Binh Dinh Province Cross-Country Race in response to the Olympic Day for Public Health on the morning of March 28.
