65 projects entered the final round of the Quang Nam startup talent search competition

After 2 preliminary rounds, selecting profiles at the local level and departments and organizations with more than 300 profiles, the final round of the contest "Searching for Quang Nam Startup Talent" in 2024 took place from April 25 to 27 with 65 projects.

The projects are divided into 6 groups of fields: Food; agriculture (including medicinal herbs, materials, crops, fertilizers, etc.); soap, cosmetic, pharmaceutical production; tourism, services, handicrafts; energy, construction, equipment, automation; information and communication technology.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Supporting Innovative Startups, Chairman of the Council for Evaluating, Recognizing and Encouraging Innovative Startup Ideas and Projects in the Province in 2024 said that this year, the number and quality of projects increased.

In particular, the application of technology in production and business increases innovation and market access for products. With such a scale, selecting excellent projects is also difficult for the jury.

The award ceremony of the contest "Searching for Quang Nam's startup talent" is expected to take place during the 5th Provincial Creative Startup Week - TechFest Quang Nam 2024 with the theme "Intellectual property and digital technology - Creative startup platform, green transformation" from May 14 to 18.
