On the morning of June 1st, runner-up Thuy Van announced her departure from the "Chuyen Dong 24h" program broadcast on Vietnam Television (VTV) after 12 years of involvement. The first episode of "Chuyen Dong 24h," hosted by MC Thuy Van, aired on October 10, 2014. On May 28, 2026, the female MC officially left the program.

"The phrase 'I am Thuy Van of 'Chuyển động 24h' represents my youth, it's what the audience remembers and knows me for. The farewell is hard to put into words, I will do many other programs, but 'Chuyển động 24h' will always be the most beautiful milestone in my television career," the female MC shared.

Runner-up Thuy Van has hosted the "Chuyen Dong 24h" program for over 10 years.

Thuy Van hopes viewers will continue to support the program in a new broadcast format and with a new team. Sharing with Tien Phong newspaper, Thuy Van said that after leaving "Chuyen Dong 24h," she still works at Vietnam Television, but in a different department.

Runner-up Thuy Van has been associated with many VTV programs such as "Chuyen dong 24h," "Hoa xuan ca," "Gap go dien dien truyen hinh," "Viec tu te," and "Ban tin Tai chinh tieu dung."

When asked about her reasons for choosing VTV over showbiz, Thuy Van once shared that she values ​​security and always wanted a stable job so that every morning when she woke up, she wouldn't be startled wondering which show promoter would contact her.

"I want to wake up and realize that today I have work at VTV, that I'll be on 'Chuyển động 24h' and the 'Tài chính tiêu dùng' news program. I always want to have such concrete plans," Thụy Vân said. The beauty queen also affirmed that her parents were a significant reason why she decided to end her adventurous journey and stay at VTV.

From June 1st, "Chuyển động 24h" (24h News) will continue airing on VTV1, with a new format, more new content, and increased interaction with viewers. The program will listen more to issues that viewers care about, especially in the digital space.
