After 5 years, Huong Tram makes a comeback with a healing story.

After a long period of studying and living in the US, on December 1st, Huong Tram released an album about the time that changed her. According to Huong Tram's father, People's Artist Tien Dung, "this is not just the launch of a singer's project, but marks a new stage of development for Huong Tram in her life."

This marks a significant transformation for Huong Tram in her music – from a "ballad princess" of Vpop to an artist who dares to choose her own path with a Cinematic Pop style.

The singer confided: “I'm a huge movie fan. When watching Hollywood films, especially those with big musical scores like The Greatest Showman, I was captivated by the intense emotions from the OSTs like Never Enough. It's music with a vast space, profound meaning, and it makes the listener feel immersed in each frame. That inspiration led me to Cinematic Pop.”

Huong Tram's parents have always been her support system.

With a voice full of emotion, Huong Tram recounted that she saw in the song not only a love story, but also an image of herself during her years living far from home. Therefore, "Lifebuoy" is not just the album title, but also a symbol of her journey to find peace, to find a reason to stand on stage and sing with the most genuine emotions.

Regarding the rock song " Get Out of Your Game ," Huong Tram revealed to the audience at the showcase: "Whenever I'm stressed, I drive alone and turn up the rock music really loud to groove along. And I've always been curious about what it would be like if Huong Tram sang rock. So I decided to include this rock song in the album."

From "Rainy Girl" to "Lifebuoy": A major transformation for Huong Tram.

Huong Tram revealed that the three songs are three consecutive emotional slices of a beautiful love story: heartbreak, sadness, and peace. When happy, the man is her "lifeline." When betrayed, the only thing she can "wish" for is that "he has much sadness." And when she overcomes it all, she gently puts an end to it with the final message: "I'm giving him to her."

It's not just the story of the character in the song, but also something Huong Tram has experienced. Besides the album "Lifeline ," Huong Tram surprised the audience with a special performance of the song "Shine Myself ." Although not included in the album, the song is a beautiful self-reflection from Tram after a five-year hiatus from the stage.

"I don't need to explain myself, because I am already radiant enough" is a powerful affirmation of her growth throughout her journey of self-discovery. Huong Tram wants to send positive energy to her audience: Believe in yourself. Choose your own path. And let your dreams shine when the time is right.

Moreover, Huong Tram unexpectedly invited Bui Anh Tuan – a singer she "greatly respects" – to appear in her special performance. Both had made a strong impression during their time on The Voice Vietnam , so this reunion holds great significance for the audience. Huong Tram shared that she was truly moved to see Tuan return to the stage, just like her own comeback.

"Tram always believed that there are many people out there who love Bui Anh Tuan's beautiful voice. Hopefully, Tuan will use that love as motivation to continue contributing," Huong Tram confided. This wasn't just a wish, but also a heartfelt expression of appreciation between two artists who grew up together.
