In the announcement, Apax Leaders said that it has perfected the curriculum and completed the teacher recruitment process. "We would like to invite parents to send their children back to school at 33 centers across the country," the document stated, and attached a specific list of facilities.

Up to now, 39 centers are still in a state of temporary suspension, one center located at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 2, District 3 has been dissolved.

Another issue that is of great concern to many parents is the story of tuition refund. Accordingly, Apax Leaders announced that it will "not deal with any single withdrawals during the system consolidation phase". Apax Leaders' announcement did not specifically mention when the system consolidation phase is.
