Apple has just announced that it will open an online store for the Vietnamese market on May 18, which provides a full line of Apple products and supports Vietnamese directly to customers nationwide.
On May 12, Apple officially announced that it would launch the first Apple Store in Vietnam on May 5. This is an online Apple Store and can be a stepping stone for the "apple house" to continue opening a direct store in Vietnam in the near future.
Apple said it will provide a full line of Apple products and support Vietnamese directly to customers nationwide. The online Apple Store will provide customers with the same superior service and personalized support as Apple Store locations worldwide.
This online store will have a team of experts who are always ready to share their expertise in Vietnamese to support customers when needed.
“We are honored to have the opportunity to expand in Vietnam and provide superior Apple care and support to our customers with the launch of the Apple Store online. With this store, customers in Vietnam can now explore our wide range of amazing products and services, connect with experienced professionals, and experience the best of Apple like never before,” said Deirdre O'Brien, Apple's Senior Vice President of Retail.

Earlier, during the financial report meeting for the first three months of 2023, Apple CEO Tim Cook shared that emerging markets were the main factors that helped Apple achieve record iPhone sales in the last quarter.
“We are working hard in some of these markets and have found that our low market share and dynamic customer base represent a great opportunity for us,” said Tim Cook.
In Southeast Asia, Vietnam is considered the next potential market to open an Apple Store, after Thailand and Singapore. According to experts, the important point for Apple to consider is that Vietnam has a very good sales growth rate, the highest in the region at present, and the percentage of Apple product users is also high.
