Bac Ha puts two centralized slaughterhouses into operation.

A new centralized slaughterhouse has been invested in Bac Ha town.

The two slaughterhouses are small-scale facilities invested in by households, basically meeting the needs for centralized slaughtering in Bac Ha town and some neighboring communes.

The facility in Nam Cay village, Bac Ha town, covers an area of ​​over ^300m² , serving approximately 12 households involved in slaughtering, with a capacity of 20-25 animals per day.

The facility in Na Kim village, Ta Chai commune, covers an area of ​​over ^200m² , serving 8 households involved in slaughtering, with a capacity of 10-15 animals per day.

Leaders of the Department of Livestock and Veterinary Medicine inspect the new centralized slaughterhouse in Bac Ha district.

The livestock have been gathered and are ready for operation.

The initial operation of two small-scale centralized slaughterhouses will help ensure local slaughter management, while also contributing to disease prevention and control and food safety in the area.
