
The two slaughterhouses are small-scale facilities invested in by households, basically meeting the needs for centralized slaughtering in Bac Ha town and some neighboring communes.
The facility in Nam Cay village, Bac Ha town, covers an area of over 300m² , serving approximately 12 households involved in slaughtering, with a capacity of 20-25 animals per day.
The facility in Na Kim village, Ta Chai commune, covers an area of over 200m² , serving 8 households involved in slaughtering, with a capacity of 10-15 animals per day.


The initial operation of two small-scale centralized slaughterhouses will help ensure local slaughter management, while also contributing to disease prevention and control and food safety in the area.
