
The abolition was implemented on the basis of Government Resolution No. 66.19/2026/NQ-CP on reducing, decentralizing, simplifying administrative procedures and reducing and simplifying business conditions under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .
Specifically, the list of abolished procedures includes the "Providing land information and data" procedure at the central and provincial levels. Previously, this procedure was carried out at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Land Registration Office or its branches, and the People's Committees at the commune level.
According to Resolution No. 66.19/2026/NQ-CP, the provision of land information and data will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Access to Information and Circular No. 56/2024/TT-BTC on the rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees for exploiting and using land documents from the National Land Information System.
Public disclosure of land violations.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has also recently sent a document to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities to publicly post information on violations and remediation of land law violations, as well as regulations on administrative procedures related to land, on the Ministry's electronic portal as prescribed.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, on January 31, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 49 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Resolution No. 254/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law.
Specifically, Clause 3 of Article 13 and Clause 2 of Article 15 of the Decree stipulate that provincial People's Committees must publicly post information on violations and remediation of land law violations and regulations on administrative procedures related to land on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
Currently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is directing relevant units to complete the Ministry's electronic portal to facilitate the posting of this content.
