For Le Ngoc Anh, 5 years at ROX Group is a journey from the first notes to an inspiring harmony. “Every time someone asks me: “Where do you work?” - I always proudly answer: ROX Group”, Ngoc Anh shared.

Not only being trained and developing her career, Ngoc Anh also has the opportunity to try her hand at being an MC, singer, and cultural ambassador - the "sounds" that help her discover a new version of herself. She is inspired by an environment that considers "people as the center", where the spirit of learning and creativity is always nurtured. And vice versa, Ngoc Anh also becomes an "inspirational note" in the eyes of her colleagues.

In a different “tone”, Pham Le Hoang Nam, a passionate learner, finds his happiness in diverse training courses, keeping up with new market trends. From internal training courses to intensive skill development programs, Hoang Nam is always a prominent face, honored with many awards.

“Learning is not a task, but a privilege to grow up every day. ROX Group gives me space to experiment and shine in my own way,” Hoang Nam shared.

As for Nguyen Quynh Vinh, the melody of happiness is raised from the journeys of spreading love. Returning from a charity trip to Lao Cai in the program "ROX Share - Going to School with You", she said: " The sparkling eyes and innocent smiles when the children received warm gifts warmed our hearts ." The trips of sharing love have thickened over the years, converging into humane chords, creating the depth of ROX culture.

The rhythm of happiness throughout nearly 3 decades of development

After nearly three decades, ROX Group has become a “common home” for thousands of employees across the country.
