On March 13, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army held the closing ceremony of the 2025 "Skilled Civil Affairs" contest for the entire army in the Northern region.

From March 11 to 13, the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest at the military level in the Northern region took place in an exciting, attractive and successful manner. The contest had 26 teams from agencies and units directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense participating with 520 members.
