On March 13, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to review the implementation of Directive No. 13-CT/TU dated August 20, 2021, of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (Directive No. 13) on leading the implementation of the Project "Enhancing the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the people in supervising Party organizations, Party members, and the activities of the city's government at all levels in the period 2021 - 2030".

On March 13th, the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army held the closing ceremony of the 2025 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" competition at the all-army level for the Northern region.
From March 11th to 13th, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" competition at the all-army level in the Northern region took place enthusiastically, engagingly, and successfully. The competition involved 26 teams from agencies and units directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , with 520 members participating. Over the past six months, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command has piloted the construction of 11 "Bright Villages in Border Areas" models. These models provide support in terms of infrastructure and livelihoods, aiming to help people in border villages of Thanh Hoa province achieve sustainable poverty alleviation.
Pu Dua village (Quang Chieu commune, Muong Lat district) is one of the most disadvantaged villages in Thanh Hoa province. For many years, the lives of the villagers have been difficult and impoverished due to poor transportation and livelihoods primarily based on a small area of cultivated land. To help the villagers improve their lives, the Quang Chieu Border Guard Post has implemented the "Bright Village in the Border Region" model, gradually changing the appearance of the area.
