Ms. Tran Thi Gai (53 years old), has breast cancer, her family has no productive land, has 4 children. The family's life depends on the salary of her husband, Mr. Tran Van Toan. And Mr. Dinh Van Doan (46 years old) is suffering from hepatitis B, his family belongs to a near-poor household, with only 3 public land for shrimp farming.
Mr. Dang Thanh Binh (49 years old) is a soldier who did international duty on the Cambodian battlefield. The house has no production land, so both husband and wife work as workers at Thien Phu Seafood Processing Company (Gia Rai Town), with a total income of about 2 million VND per month.
Ms. Huynh Thi Len (73 years old, ethnic Khmer) is living alone, her son works outsourced local.
