
Monitoring data shows that at 6:40 AM this morning (August 24), the water level of the Cau River at the Luong Phuc hydrological station (Soc Son district) was 7.02m, above alarm level II (7.0m).
Meanwhile, the water level of the Ca Lo River at the Manh Tan hydrological station (Dong Anh district) recorded early this morning was approximately 6.01m, above alarm level I (6.0m).
Based on regulations, on the morning of August 24th, Nguyen Xuan Dai, Deputy Head of the Hanoi City Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command, signed two flood warning orders for the Cau River (Level II) and the Ca Lo River (Level I).
The Hanoi City Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue requests the Steering Committees for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Soc Son and Dong Anh districts, units in the aforementioned areas, and all assigned departments and officials to strictly comply with regulations when a flood alert is issued.
