This morning, November 1, the Vietnam Military History Museum officially opened in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi, welcoming residents and visitors.
Built in 2019 on an area of 386,600m² with a total investment of about 2,500 billion VND, the museum has a modern design and many functions. Not only displaying historical artifacts, this place also creates a vivid experience space, helping visitors understand more deeply about the struggle for independence of the Vietnam People's Army.
The museum's main feature is the 45m high Victory Tower, along with the 4-storey main building, with a total floor area of 64,640m². On the first day of opening, many domestic and foreign visitors, especially young people, came to visit.
The museum will be open free of charge from today until December 2024.
