Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards Ceremony 2024

In 2021, the iMuseum VFA Multimedia Presentation Application also brought the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts the award for Outstanding State Agency and Digital Transformation Public Service Unit - an important category at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards.

The award given to the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts with the VAES Online Art Exhibition Space Solution is an evaluation and recognition of the outstanding, excellent, and creative values in the digital transformation solution that the Museum has built and deployed.

Director of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum Nguyen Anh Minh said that the first online exhibition space in Vietnam, VAES, was built by the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and Vietsoftpro. The exhibition spaces on the VAES platform are built based on the models of major museums and exhibitions in the world , providing diverse choices for artists who want to exhibit in the museum's digital space...

The VAES virtual exhibition space is built with two major categories: a stylized lotus-shaped building - inspired by the lotus in ancient fine arts, depicting a luxurious, majestic, artistic physical space, and the interior exhibition spaces are built with a route and design suitable for each exhibition content.

This digital space is built in 3D, depicting a real space where artists can find a way to display their works that suits their needs and creative personality, while visitors can access the works anytime, anywhere in the world.

In the VAES online exhibition space, art lovers can access collections, artworks and information about the Museum anytime, anywhere via the website or mobile application.

The number of visitors using the Museum's Online Fine Arts Exhibition Space - VAES from October 2023 to the end of June 2024 is nearly 90 thousand people. There are currently 15 exhibitions taking place on the Museum's VAES platform.

VAES Online Exhibition Space

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh, on the VAES online exhibition space digital platform, the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum has more opportunities to expand its "borders" to actively cooperate with the community of artists, researchers and cultural organizations to organize online exhibition events, use social networking platforms to share images, stories and information about works of art, attract interest and interaction from the community...

VAES is also a useful resource in supporting the organization of online courses and lectures on art and cultural heritage, helping to improve knowledge and love for culture in the community. At the same time, this is also a place to share information about valuable works being preserved in art museums and the endless creativity of contemporary artists.

Thereby, it is affirmed that the online exhibition space - VAES of the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts has made an important contribution to promoting the values of cultural heritage in general and fine art heritage in particular./.
