According to the report of the Organizing Committee, the Conference received 78 scientific reports and at the Conference, the delegates focused on assessing and forecasting the world and domestic situation from now to 2030, with a vision to 2045. and propose, propose many viewpoints, good practices, useful and highly feasible solutions to serve the cause of national defense in the new situation. The workshop heard opinions and presentations from representatives of departments, ministries, branches, scientists, generals, officers in the People's Public Security and People's Army. The comments have deepened the Party's awareness and views on protecting the Fatherland from afar; water retention since the water is not dangerous; at the same time, emphasizing the care, building and promotion of the great national unity bloc, contributing to creating the foundation and endogenous strength of the country to protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
