Following verification, the violations were clarified, and administrative violation reports were drawn up, along with administrative penalty decisions, against two drivers from Thang Thanh and Hai Hanh bus companies for the offense of picking up/dropping off passengers in unauthorized locations.

Each offending driver will be fined 1.5 million VND and face an additional penalty of having their driver's license revoked for 2 months.

At the same time, the unit also required business representatives to sign a commitment not to repeat the offense and to strictly comply with regulations on passenger transport business and regulations on ensuring order and safety on road traffic.

"On the other hand, the patrol teams of the Police Department will continue to strengthen supervision and strictly handle any violations that recur," the leader of the Traffic Police Team of Sam Son City Police Department emphasized.

Regarding other violations reported by Traffic Newspaper, such as using vehicles that do not meet technical safety standards (vehicles with expired registration), vehicles without license plates, and vehicles that have exceeded their service life to transport passengers in Sam Son City, the Traffic Police Team of Sam Son City Police Department is still verifying, investigating, and clarifying the matter to handle it according to the law.

In further discussion with reporters, Mr. Vuong Quoc Quan, Chief Inspector of the Thanh Hoa Department of Transport, said that, following the direction of the Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Transport, the Department's Inspectorate is currently urgently coordinating with the Transport Management Division of the Thanh Hoa Department of Transport to verify and clarify the content of the report by Giao Thong Newspaper regarding compliance with regulations on business and business conditions for passenger transport by fixed-route buses at the West Bus Station (Thanh Hoa City), Sam Son Bus Station (Sam Son City), and the fixed-route passenger transport businesses mentioned in the article (including Duc Phat, Thang Thanh, and Hai Hanh bus companies).

"From there, violations will be strictly handled according to regulations. Once the handling results are available, the unit will report to the leaders of the Thanh Hoa Department of Transport and provide feedback to the Transport Newspaper," Mr. Quan added.
