Closing Ceremony of Training Course, updating knowledge for cadres planning for positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee and equivalent

On the morning of July 10, at Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee coordinated with Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Training and Knowledge Update Course for 44 cadres planning for the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of District Party Committees and equivalent.

After 10 days of training, 44 trainees who are cadres planning for the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at the district level and equivalent were systematically and basically taught 12 topics by Central lecturers and leaders of provincial departments and branches, including: Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; the role of the press and media in leadership and management activities; innovation of growth models and economic restructuring on the basis of science - technology and innovation; local management and leadership skills; responsibilities of Party committees and heads of Party committees at all levels in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Party's inspection and supervision tasks; skills of analysis and policy making in the context of economic transformation; building and promoting Vietnamese cultural values and people in the new context - relating to the reality of Quang Ninh province...

During the learning process, the team of lecturers and reporters participated in teaching enthusiastically and responsibly, and the active teaching methods helped students easily absorb knowledge and apply theory to practical work and life. Most students highly appreciated the lecture content and teaching methods of the lecturers and reporters.

Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Head of the class's Organizing Committee, awarded certificates to the students.

At the end of the training program, all students are eligible for a certificate from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Through the course, students have been updated and supplemented with knowledge and skills in leadership, management, vision building and strategic thinking. Thereby, they have promoted their qualifications, met the requirements and tasks in the new situation, and contributed to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress.
