Attending the closing ceremony were: Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Dung, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy I; and leaders of several departments and agencies of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces.

The Advanced Political Theory Course (non-residential system) K69.B10 Local 2, academic year 2022-2024, was organized for students from Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces. The students were equipped with fundamental and systematic knowledge of the scientific and revolutionary principles of Marxist-Leninist theory, Ho Chi Minh Thought, Party building and the political system, the state and law, and domestic and international socio -economic and political issues.

All 52/52 students graduated with a good grade, including 31 students from Tuyen Quang province and 21 students from Ha Giang province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong expressed his sincere gratitude to the Regional Political Academy I for its assistance and support in training and developing cadres for the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang.
