The Hanoi Primary School Basketball Tournament is a useful playground for primary school students in the city, organized by the Young Pioneers and Children Newspaper. This year, the tournament had the participation of 157 teams (98 boys' teams and 59 girls' teams) from 100 primary schools in Hanoi.
The final matches of the tournament took place on the afternoon of November 26. In the men's group, the match was between HanoiEducation Technology Primary School and Archimedes Academy Primary School. In the women's group, the match was between Vinschool Smart City Primary School and Dich Vong B Primary School.
The Organizing Committee awarded first prize to Hanoi Educational Technology Primary School (boys' team) and Vinschool Smart City Primary School (girls' team).
These are the two matches that fans have been waiting for the most this season. After evenly matched matches, the Hanoi Technology Education Primary School boys team and Vinschool Smart City Primary School girls team have won the championship.
At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded flags, cups, medals and gifts to the winning teams. In addition to the prizes for the two champions of the female and male divisions, the organizing committee awarded the second prize to the second prize winner of the male division, Archimedes Academy Primary School, and the second prize winner of the female division, Dich Vong B Primary School.
The third prize winning teams for boys included Dang Tran Con Primary School and Trung Tu Primary School, while the third prize winning teams for girls were Vinschool Green Bay Primary School and Le Van Tam Primary School. In addition, the organizing committee also awarded the Nestlé Milo Style Prize to Doan Ket Primary School in the boys category and Quang An Primary School in the girls category.
The Dynamic Cup Style Award was given to Xuan La Primary School (boys team) and Vinschool Times City Primary School (girls team). The Best Player Award was given to Cung Ngoc Thuy Tien (Vinschool Smart City Primary School) and Nguyen Hoang Quan (Archimedes Academy Primary School).
