Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet sent a congratulatory letter to retired and former military officers.

Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, has sent a congratulatory letter to retired and former military officers in the province on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025).

In the letter, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet extended his warmest greetings and best wishes to retired officers, professional soldiers, and defense workers.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet emphasized that throughout their years in the military, the comrades wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to the cause of national liberation, national defense, and national construction and development, contributing to the glorious traditions of the heroic Vietnamese People's Army.

Every glorious stage of the Army bears the indelible mark and contributions of our comrades – those who have dedicated their youth, sense of responsibility, and courage to the cause of protecting the Fatherland and maintaining peace for national development. Upon completing their duties and returning to their localities, these comrades continue to uphold the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," serving as a solid support and a shining example for the younger generation of the province to learn from and emulate.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet chaired the conference to issue decisions on leadership in implementing local defense and military tasks in 2026.

The Provincial Party Secretary stated that in recent times, exceptionally heavy natural disasters and floods have caused serious damage to people and property in Dak Lak province as well as other provinces in Central and Central Highlands regions. Currently, the entire political system from the provincial to the grassroots level is focusing on overcoming the consequences of the floods, and simultaneously implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign" to rapidly rebuild and repair houses for affected people, aiming to stabilize their lives before the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2026. Therefore, the province will not be holding a meeting with comrades on this occasion.

The Party Committee, the government, and the people of the province will always remember and appreciate the great contributions of you comrades, and we sincerely hope for your understanding and empathy.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet extended his best wishes to all comrades and their families for continued good health, happiness, and the upholding of the noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the traditions of the provincial armed forces in the cause of national construction and defense.
