Provincial Party Secretary Tran Hong Minh presents gifts from the President to veteran revolutionaries and elderly party members.

On the afternoon of July 4, comrade Tran Hong Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and presented gifts from President To Lam to Ms. Dinh Thi Loan, a veteran revolutionary cadre in Vinh Quang commune, Cao Bang city. Accompanying her were the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Hong Minh presented a gift fromthe President to Ms. Dinh Thi Loan, a veteran revolutionary and senior party member.

Ms. Dinh Thi Loan, born in 1923, is a veteran revolutionary cadre. During her time participating in the revolution, Ms. Loan was a liaison, delivering letters to comrades leading revolutionary activities. Ms. Dinh Thi Loan is now 102 years old and has 75 years of Party membership.

Visiting and presenting gifts from the President, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Hong Minh and the delegation kindly inquired about the health and family life. At the same time, he expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of Mrs. Dinh Thi Loan to the independence and freedom of the nation; wished the veteran revolutionary cadres to continue to live happily and healthily, encourage their children and grandchildren to actively study, work, and produce, contributing to the development of their homeland. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to take practical actions to better care for the lives of families with meritorious services and people with meritorious services in the area.

Ms. Dinh Thi Loan, a veteran revolutionary cadre, expressed her pride and emotion at the affection and concern of President To Lam, the Provincial Party Secretary and the working delegation for her family. This is a great source of spiritual encouragement for the family to continue promoting the revolutionary tradition,educating children and grandchildren to strictly follow the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, and contribute to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
