Establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province

This afternoon, July 2, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province held a conference to announce the decisions on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; at the same time, announced the decision to establish the Agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

On June 18, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued Decision No. 475 on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province and officially announced it at the Ceremony to announce resolutions and decisions on the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units on June 30.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to establish a specialized agency to assist the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the decision to recognize the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee announced 187 decisions on mobilizing, appointing, and assigning cadres to specialized departments and agency offices.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang emphasized: The establishment and consolidation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province is a particularly important step, taking place in the context that the whole province is actively implementing the reorganization of the apparatus after the merger. This is not only a requirement for cadre organization but also a key condition to promote the role of the Front in building the great national unity bloc, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks in the new development stage.

The Provincial Party Secretary congratulated the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the newly assigned and appointed officials; at the same time, he expressed his belief that the front officials will continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, and actively contribute to the overall development of Quang Tri province.
