Pilot implementation of the "Digital Front" platform

On August 15, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a national online conference to pilot the "Digital Front" platform and train on "application of AI in Fatherland Front work at all levels".

The conference was held directly at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and online to 34 provinces, cities, 3,321 communes, wards and special zones nationwide.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Cat, Deputy Chief of Office, Director of the Information and Digital Transformation Center of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said: "Digital Front" (access address: http://app.mattranso.vn) is a digital platform designed to closely follow the core tasks of the Front's work, with 5 "core" software including: online database software; software for receiving and processing people's feedback and recommendations; Community Digital Library software to support people; virtual assistant for advising the Fatherland Front at all levels; software for monitoring the progress and results of Fatherland Front congresses at all levels.

All systems on the "Digital Front" platform are connected to each other via the OpenID single sign-on platform. One account can log in to all software. It is expected that in the next stages, the Fatherland Front will coordinate with relevant units to integrate, synchronize with the National Population Database and authenticate centrally via the VNeID application.

Notably, the software for receiving and processing people's feedback and recommendations is designed to realize the role of social supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the strongest and most direct way. Any citizen, no matter where they are, only needs a smartphone to send their opinions and recommendations directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front system. Each opinion will be recorded, classified, forwarded to competent authorities and monitored for processing and resolution.

The feedback and recommendations on the software are updated and processed quickly, helping the Vietnam Fatherland Front get closer to the people and promptly listen to their feedback and recommendations.

Access method: People access the "Digital Front" platform at http://app.mattranso.vn and select the software icon "System for receiving and processing people's feedback and recommendations" or access directly to http://pakn.mattranso.vn.

The software's management system consists of 3 levels: Central; province, city; commune, ward, special zone with decentralized management to receive and respond to people's feedback and recommendations. Recommendations from each level will be sent to the Fatherland Front at that level for reception and response. Feedback on people's feedback and recommendations are made public and transparent on the system's homepage.

"Digital Front" will be a set of tools closely associated with each Front cadre at the grassroots level, contributing to the Vietnam Fatherland Front's active contribution to the national digital transformation process - bringing the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations closer to the people, close to the people and ready to serve the people.
