Representatives from various units signed a pledge to participate in the emulation campaign "Digital Literacy for the People" in Binh Kien ward in 2026.
To ensure the movement is implemented effectively, the People's Committee of Binh Kien Ward has organized numerous training activities to enhance digital capabilities and artificial intelligence (AI) application skills for officials, civil servants, and members of the community digital technology team.
In particular, on May 29, 2026, the People's Committee of Binh Kien Ward organized a ceremony to launch the emulation campaign for the "Digital Literacy Movement" in 2026, with the participation of agencies, organizations, functional forces, 23 community digital technology groups, and telecommunications businesses in the area. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Luong Thao Nguyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Kien Ward, emphasized that digital transformation will only truly succeed when people know how to use digital platforms to solve problems, access public services, and improve their quality of life.
At the launching ceremony, participating units signed a pledge to participate in the emulation movement, unanimously striving to achieve several important goals such as: 100% of officials, civil servants, and employees possessing digital knowledge and skills and being able to use digital platforms to serve their work; 100% of adults having basic knowledge of digital transformation; 80% of adults being certified as having achieved universal digital knowledge and skills on the VNeID platform; 100% of officials and civil servants, and striving for 30% of adults, registering for digital signatures through VNeID.
These days, in 23 neighborhoods of Binh Kien ward, community digital technology teams are actively implementing a campaign called "Going door to door," directly guiding people in installing and using digital platforms and accessing online public services. The activity started on May 30th and will continue until June 6th, 2026.
The activities are organized in clusters within neighborhoods, combining centralized awareness campaigns at community centers with direct guidance at households. With this approach...
Following the motto "going door to door, guiding each person," community digital technology teams coordinate with relevant forces to support people in standardizing mobile subscriber information and verifying it through VNeID; installing and using the VNeID application; performing online public services; installing the " Dak Lak Digital", VssID, and EVNCPC applications; registering learning accounts on the People's Education Digital platform; monitoring official local information channels; and assisting in installing and using SmartCA digital signatures on smartphones.

Members of the Lien Tri 3 neighborhood's community digital technology team guide residents on how to use digital applications.
Specifically, the locality aims to support 621 business households in applying digital technology and creating free QR codes, contributing to promoting cashless payments and improving the efficiency of production and business activities in the area.
Alongside its outreach and direct support activities, Binh Kien ward also organized the "Digital Transformation Family" competition in 2026 to spread the spirit of learning and applying digital technology in each family. The competition focused on reflecting the application of digital technology in daily life through content such as cashless payments, online shopping, using VNeID electronic identification, online public services, digital learning, online business, and building a "Digital Family" model.
With the active participation of all levels, sectors, mass organizations, telecommunications businesses, and the responsible spirit of the community digital technology team, the "Digital Literacy Movement" in Binh Kien ward is being implemented more and more extensively. Practical activities organized at the grassroots level not only contribute to raising people's awareness and digital skills but also create momentum to promote digital transformation in a substantive and effective way.
