BMW M3 Competition xDrive in Ho Chi Minh City: Paint job more expensive than VinFast VF3.

Reportedly, the owner of the first BMW M3 Competition xDrive in Ho Chi Minh City spent approximately 320 million VND just on this very trendy purple paint job.

A brand-new BMW M3 has just appeared. According to a friend of the owner, this is the first BMW M3 Competition xDrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Interestingly, the car's exterior is painted purple, and it's revealed that the owner paid 320 million VND for it, which is more expensive than a VinFast F3.

This unique BMW M3 Competition xDrive has an official price in Vietnam starting from 5 billion VND, and comes with many optional features. Therefore, the on-the-road price of this car is over 6 billion VND.

Besides the purple color, the car's exterior also features many carbon fiber details such as the rear bumper, front bumper, mirror housings, side skirts, along with dark-painted double-spoke wheels and blue brake calipers.

In its latest version, the 2024 BMW M3 adopts similar changes to its sibling, the M4. This is clearly evident in the headlight cluster with two distinctive arrow-shaped LED daytime running lights and turn signals positioned vertically inside.

For an additional cost, customers can equip their 2024 BMW M3 with adaptive headlights featuring matrix high beams. The distinguishing feature of this optional headlight assembly is the blue accents inside.

Stepping inside the 2024 BMW M3, users will encounter a new sporty three-spoke steering wheel with a flat bottom. This M steering wheel is wrapped in leather with redesigned spokes and a red 12 o'clock marker. The steering wheel also features two M buttons for selecting driving modes and adjusting the curved display behind it.

The 2024 BMW M3's curved display includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel and a 14.9-inch central touchscreen, connected to the iDrive system based on BMW Operating System 8.5. Adjusting the climate control system via this screen has been simplified for ease of use.

Similar to the new 3-Series, the 2024 BMW M3 also features new ambient lighting around the center air vents. This lighting offers nine different colors and adjustable brightness to suit user preferences.

The 2024 BMW M3 Competition xDrive will use a 3.0L twin-turbocharged inline six-cylinder gasoline engine, producing a maximum power of 523 horsepower and a maximum torque of 650 Nm.

Compared to the previous version, this engine is 20 horsepower more powerful. As a result, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h with the optional M Driver's Package.

The 2024 BMW M3 Competition xDrive's engine continues to be paired with the same 8-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission and all-wheel drive system. Additionally, it features an Active M Differential on the rear axle.
