Border guards strive to help people in flood-hit areas
The recent floods have caused severe damage to the highland communes in the west of Nghe An province. Up to now, the Party Committee, government and armed forces have been actively carrying out the work of overcoming the consequences; in which, the Border Guard of Nghe An province has been making efforts to help the people in the border areas overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
