The training program took place over 2 days (September 30 and October 1), trainees were trained in the content of instructions, exploitation, use and creation of initial data of the software; instructions on software administration, creation of user accounts at the military medical unit; dissemination and implementation of regulations on management, exploitation and use of software; technical infrastructure conditions for software deployment and basic contents in standardization and cleaning of initial data at the unit level. In addition, the training course organizers also answered difficulties and problems during the practice process, helping officers master skills and operations on the system.

With the characteristics of most units of the Corps stationed in remote, isolated, border areas..., the deployment of military health record software is an important step forward in the military medical work of the 16th Corps, contributing to the modernization of the management process, ensuring that health information of soldiers is stored, exploited scientifically , accurately, promptly, and for the right purpose. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of health care and protection for soldiers to meet the requirements of training, combat readiness and force building tasks, successfully completing all tasks.

The training conference not only helps the medical staff master new technology, but also creates a foundation for the 16th Corps to build a centralized, synchronous health database to serve long-term military medical work in the new situation.
