Regarding socio -economic development in the first 9 months of 2025 in the area: Total production value reached 41,187 billion VND, equal to 80.93% of the plan; industry - handicrafts and trade - services continued to play a key role; agriculture ensured crop progress, plant and animal diseases were controlled; budget revenue reached 95.2% of the estimate. Planning, land management, construction order, site clearance, social security, education, health, culture - sports, national defense - security were all actively implemented.
The conference also heard a report summarizing 44 opinions and recommendations from the people in many fields such as land, planning, construction order, environment, traffic, compensation and site clearance, agriculture , social security and other people's issues. The public highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the communal government in the past time, and at the same time hoped that the locality would continue to pay attention to solving existing problems, such as handling outstanding land records, strengthening environmental management of craft villages, upgrading internal traffic and irrigation and promoting fire prevention and fighting.
At the dialogue conference, there were 10 direct opinions and some written opinions from people's representatives, focusing on the problems in granting land use right certificates after land consolidation and plot exchange, requesting solutions for households; upgrading and renovating internal traffic, investing in irrigation systems; reflecting on the collection of waste near residential areas and burning waste causing air pollution; proposing to connect businesses so that young people after training and vocational training can have jobs. Opinions related to social security, ensuring people's lives, improving the effectiveness of socio-economic development projects...
The commune leaders frankly discussed and clearly answered each issue, clearly stating the progress of the resolution and the responsibilities of each department. Issues beyond their authority were accepted and reported to the superior agency for consideration.
Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tay Phuong Commune People's Council Nguyen Minh Hong acknowledged the constructive and frank spirit of the delegates and people, and requested that Party committees, organizations, agencies and unions take part in synchronously and coordinate in resolving people's petitions according to the principle of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear results". The Commune Party Committee will direct resolutely, supervise regularly, resolve difficulties and problems, ensure rights and improve people's lives.
