The police in Nam Da commune are assisting residents in evacuating from the flooded area.

Due to prolonged heavy rainfall, Nam Da commune in Lam Dong province has experienced widespread flooding. The Nam Da commune police, in coordination with local authorities, promptly assisted residents and relocated their belongings to safe areas.

Previously, following the directives of the provincial police leadership, the Nam Da commune police had deployed 100% of its officers and soldiers on duty, ready to respond to any unusual weather developments.

As soon as flooding occurred in Nam Da commune, the commune's police quickly deployed forces and resources to assist in relocating people and property from 46 households located in the flood-prone area along the Krong No River to a safe flood shelter.

From November 17th to 20th, 2025, the water flow from Giang Son (a branch of the Krong Ana River) rose and flowed into the Krong No and Serepok rivers, causing widespread flooding in Ninh Giang, Binh Giang, Thanh Son, and Cao Son villages in Nam Da commune, inundating more than 500 hectares of rice fields.

The Nam Đà commune police quickly deployed forces to assist in relocating residents and their belongings to a safe place.
