Three traffic bridges inaugurated.

(CT) - The People's Committee of Nga Nam ward recently inaugurated the Hoa Huong Duong 15 bridge in Tan Chanh area and the Tu Tam bridge in Vinh Phong area.

The Hoa Huong Duong 15 bridge is 30m long, 3.2m wide, and has a load capacity of 2.5 tons. The total construction cost was 250 million VND. Of this, the Hoa Huong Duong Family group contributed 200 million VND, and the People's Committee of the ward raised 50 million VND in matching funds. The Tu Tam bridge is 20m long, 3.3m wide, and has a load capacity of 2.5 tons. The total construction cost was 155 million VND; of which the Tu Tam Family group contributed 120 million VND, and the People's Committee of the ward raised 35 million VND. Both projects commenced on March 8, 2026, and are scheduled for completion and commissioning on May 31, 2026.

On this occasion, the Hoa Huong Duong Family Group and the Tu Tam Family Group donated 2,000 notebooks and 50 gift packages to disadvantaged students in the ward, each gift package worth 100,000 VND.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh commune recently collaborated with sponsoring units to organize the inauguration ceremony of SGI Holdings 1 Bridge - the "Bridge of Homeland Affection 38," in Soc Dong hamlet.

The bridge is 36 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a total construction cost of over 720 million VND, funded by SGI Holdings Joint Stock Company of Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Long Phuoc Pagoda, and with the contribution of labor from the local government and people.

Joining hands in the construction project, local organizations mobilized over 120 million VND in matching funds; at the same time, they mobilized over 90 officers and soldiers of the armed forces and local people to participate in two campaigns to support the completion of the bridge.
