On November 21, a working delegation of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, inspected training, combat readiness, regularization, and discipline management at Regiment 937 (Division 370, Air Defense - Air Force).

Speaking at the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son praised the efforts and solidarity in overcoming difficulties of Regiment 937 in training, ensuring flight safety, combat readiness, building discipline, and managing discipline. Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son requested that the leaders and commanders of Regiment 937 focus on leading and directing the work of planning, reviewing and adjusting combat plans; organizing pilot training, specialized training and ground training for the components to ensure good performance of assigned tasks, with absolute safety in all aspects.

Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son inspected and grasped the situation of task implementation at the airport area.

The Party Committee and unit commanders proactively care for the material and spiritual lives of the Regiment's officers and soldiers; focus on training, raising awareness and responsibility in performing flight training tasks; be ready for combat, maintain strict discipline and order, and build a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit. In addition, the unit strengthens inspection activities, ensures equipment and techniques, and does not lose safety in any situation. In the conditions of prolonged rainy and flood weather, the Regiment's commanders have plans and measures to ensure the safety of people and vehicles for performing tasks; coordinate with local authorities and people in the area to implement measures to be ready for relief and rescue.
