On the morning of November 21, the 17th Congress of Hanoi Women's Delegates took place successfully. In addition to the proud results, the Capital Women's Union at all levels still faces the requirement of innovating its operating methods in the digital age, in accordance with the organizational model under the Fatherland Front and the 2-level local government.

The 17th Hanoi Women's Congress took place at a very special time, right after the success of the 18th City Party Congress and the 18th City Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2025-2030.

The entire political system has actively streamlined its organizational structure and implemented a two-level local government model. Women's Unions at all levels across the country proudly celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union.

With the motto "Solidarity, creativity, aspiration, development", the Hanoi Women's Union is determined to "Promote the cultural and heroic tradition, solidarity, intelligence and aspiration of Hanoi women to rise up in the new era, build a strong Union organization; contribute to promoting gender equality, developing a civilized and modern capital".
