Ministry of Education and Training organizes inspection teams for high school graduation exams in 2025

Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training will establish 15 inspection teams to inspect the exam preparation work at 30 departments of education and training, not including inspection teams conducted by the ministry's leaders and the national exam steering committee. The inspection period is from June 10 to 23.

For the inspection and grading of exams, the Ministry of Education and Training established 63 inspection teams in 63 localities. In addition, the Ministry arranged staff to directly inspect, with 2 staff at each exam site. In addition, the exam steering committees of provinces and cities also established inspection teams at each exam and grading council.

In the examination supervision stage, the direct inspection team is arranged by the examination steering committee in each locality according to the principle of arranging 2 inspectors for less than 20 examination rooms. From 20-40 examination rooms, arrange at least 3 inspectors.

For examination rooms with 41 or more examination rooms, 4 inspectors will be assigned. At the examination marking stage, the local examination steering committees will arrange inspection teams of at least 5 people/team to be responsible for the stages of making essay test sheets, marking essay test sheets, marking multiple-choice test sheets, combining test sheets, entering test scores, etc.

Regarding the re-examination of the exam, the Ministry of Education and Training will establish 5 inspection teams at 10 departments of education and training. In addition, the Ministry Inspectorate will coordinate with the inspectors of the departments to establish surprise inspection teams when there are reports of violations or signs of irregularities in the stages of the high school graduation exam.

In 2025, the first batch of students studying the 2018 general education program will take the graduation exam. The exam will take place on June 26 and 27 with 4 subjects, including two compulsory subjects: literature and mathematics, and two elective subjects from the remaining subjects with scores such as physics, chemistry, biology, information technology, history, geography, technology, foreign languages, etc.
