(MPI) - On September 11, 2024, the Ministry of Planning and Investment held a conference to announce the Decision on the transfer and appointment of leaders and managers. Attending the conference were Party Central Committee member and Minister Nguyen Chi Dung.

At the Ceremony, Comrade Mai Ngoc Bich, Member of the Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, announced the Decision of the Minister of Planning and Investment on the mobilization, reception and appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan, Chief of Office of the Ministry, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Enterprise Development.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Phung Quoc Chi, Director of the Department of Business Registration Management, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry.
To temporarily appoint Mr. Do Nhat Hoang, Director of the Foreign Investment Department, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Business Registration Management.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh, Deputy Director of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of National Economic Synthesis.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Industrial and Service Economics, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Development Strategy.
Appoint Mr. Trinh Duc Trong, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development to hold the position of Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development.

Appoint Mr. Cam Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Minister, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Ministry Office and Secretary of the Minister.
Appoint Ms. Tran Thi Hoai An, Head of the Department of Planning and Regional Linkage, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy.
Appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh, Head of the Department of Local Investment Policy and Programs and Projects, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy.
Appoint Ms. Kim Ngoc Thanh Nga, Head of the Ecosystem Development Department, National Innovation Center to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Hoang Trung Hieu, Head of General Department, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Pham Thy Hung, Director of the National Online Bidding Center, Bidding Management Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau, specialist of the Department of Finance and Currency, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Enterprise Development.
Receive and appoint comrade Nguyen Xuan Tho, member of the Central Executive Committee of the 12th Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Urban and Workers' Youth Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Business Registration Management.

At the Conference, Minister Nguyen Chi Dung congratulated 14 comrades who were trusted by the Ministry's leaders, appointed, transferred, and received into new positions. This is a regular task of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to continuously improve and arrange to ensure the use of the staff apparatus to be streamlined and effective. At the same time, training and fostering to create human resources for the development of current and long-term staff resources. Many comrades who have completed their assigned tasks well need to be changed to create new motivation, create movement for development, each innovation aims to create greater values.
Minister Nguyen Chi Dung said that the Ministry of Planning and Investment is a strategic, multi-sectoral, multi-disciplinary advisory agency, so in addition to research work, it must also respond to arising tasks, must be dedicated, determined with work, must rise up according to real life. It is necessary to approach work quickly, creatively, most combatively, and create development. Recently, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has affirmed its position and prestige with the leaders of the Party and State, people at home and abroad, so the staff of the Planning and Investment sector need to continue to be intelligent, innovative, united, creative and dynamic to build values for the present and future generations. Every day, we must make more efforts to build a culture of aspiration to contribute, build a culture of dedication, and pioneer in doing great things to contribute to the country.

Minister Nguyen Chi Dung assessed that the work in the coming time is very complicated, the goals are big, how to overcome challenges, seize opportunities. Each officer needs to be faster, more accurate to lead to success. The Minister also expressed pride in the officers of the Planning and Investment sector who have overcome many pressures and challenges to complete their tasks well and hoped that the units would support the new officers to do well the assigned work, not leaving anyone behind. Build each unit, each person to become excellent, complete the task well, compete together, strive to do well their responsibilities. The coming time needs ten people as one, highly unified, united to help the country overcome difficulties and rise up.
Comrade Bui Anh Tuan, on behalf of the comrades who were transferred and appointed this time, expressed his deepest gratitude to the Minister, the Party Committee, the Ministry's leaders, and the agency's Party Committee for their trust and assignment of new tasks.
