At the meeting, Mr. Dao Ngoc Chien, Director of the State-level Key Office, emphasized the role of digital technology enterprises in the development of science and technology in the country. The Ministry of Science and Technology always accompanies enterprises, especially private enterprises, with many support policies and creates conditions for Vietnamese technology products to reach the market.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Chien shared this at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CMC Group, said: "Resolution 57 has opened up many opportunities for digital technology businesses. We hope the Government will continue to have policies to support leading businesses, creating conditions for the development of core technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) built by Vietnamese people."

Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh spoke at the meeting.
As one of the pioneering enterprises in the field of digital technology , at the 6th National Forum on the Development of Digital Technology Enterprises in Vietnam on January 15, 2025, CMC committed to implementing two key tasks, including:
CMC aims to develop its cloud computing platform into the number one platform for Vietnamese people, mastering core technologies such as server virtualization, networking, and storage. By 2028, CMC plans to invest in building a leading regional cloud computing center with a capacity of 80MW, entirely owned and operated in Vietnam.
The CMC Law Solution (CLS) software has been deployed – a solution that supports the search and review of conflicts in legal documents. This software acts as a virtual assistant for civil servants in searching and verifying the legality of documents, while also providing intelligent legal advice services to citizens.
Mr. Dang Minh Tuan, Director of the CMC ATI Institute for Applied Technology Research, stated: In practice, CMC's CLS software has been supporting the National Assembly Office and the Ministry of Justice in reviewing legal documents. As of March 15, 2025, CLS had received 223 support requests, granted 129 accounts, and processed 65 conflict review instances. Meanwhile, at the Ministry of Justice, the software had also received 83 requests and granted 69 accounts.

A general overview of the working session.
Regarding information security, Mr. Dang Tung Son, Director of Strategy at CMC Group, emphasized that CMC Cloud not only provides a cloud computing platform but also integrates a comprehensive security ecosystem. Designed according to the "Security by Design" principle, this system applies AI, Big Data, Zero Trust, and CNAPP technologies, helping businesses proactively prevent risks, rather than just reacting when incidents occur.
In fulfillment of commitments made at the 6th National Forum on Digital Technology Development in Vietnam, seven enterprises have now issued action plans to implement the tasks committed at the Forum over the next three years. Among them, CMC is a pioneering enterprise with a detailed monthly implementation plan, directly monitored through the Ministry's software. The Information Technology Industry Department is also developing a national strategic industrial development program. It is expected that in the near future, the Ministry of Science and Technology will announce a list of strategic technologies, creating a foundation to support businesses in researching, developing, and mastering core technologies.
With the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the efforts of businesses to innovate and develop digital technology, Vietnam is gradually realizing its aspiration to become a developed nation based on digital technology and artificial intelligence.
