Ministry of Science and Technology launches new logo: Crystallization of tradition and aspiration for innovation

On August 22 in Da Nang, at a meeting with retired officials of the Postal, Science and Technology sectors, on the occasion of its 80th anniversary, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched a new logo, affirming the desire to innovate, lead technology and inspire Vietnam's creative spirit in the digital age.

Mr. Ha Minh Hiep, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, said the logo design combines many symbolic images, with three concentric circles, expressing the harmony between Eastern philosophy and the spirit of modern science and technology.

This is not only an identity image but also a declaration of vision and mission in the period of integration and innovation. From the center, the yellow star on a white background, surrounded by a circle of blue atoms, suggests the relationship between Earth - Metal - Water: Earth generates Metal, Metal generates Water. The circles continue with yellow, white, and blue colors to create the harmony of Heaven - Earth - Human, in which humans are the center, connecting heaven and earth.

Mr. Ha Minh Hiep, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, introduced the symbols of the new logo.

Color meaning:

Yellow (Earth): Symbol of earth, sustainability, prosperity, history and tradition.

Blue (Water): Represents intelligence, creativity, scientific research and the desire to reach out globally.

White (Metal): Symbolizes humanity, standards, transparency, wisdom and pure morality.

The three colors combine to create the philosophy of Heaven - Earth - Human, affirming the central role of humans in development. The yellow star in the center symbolizes the goal of prosperity and unchanging values.

Surrounded by an atomic circle - a symbol of science and technology, with images of atoms, semiconductor chips, satellites, representing the core technology of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and digital infrastructure.

The 101010 circle evokes data and digital technology , while the yin-yang circle represents constant movement, innovation and balance. All combine to form the philosophy: "With the unchanging, adapt to all changes" - maintaining core values ​​to adapt flexibly in the digital age.
