Next is the "Public Service Locations" feature on iHanoi. This feature provides Hanoi residents with a powerful tool to search for and find the nearest public service locations.

One of the unique features of this function is the ability to search for locations offering public services around your current location. Simply turn on GPS on your phone, and iHanoi will automatically determine your location and display a list of nearby locations that can provide guidance on administrative procedures.

To make public services more accessible to citizens, iHanoi provides a navigation feature to selected locations. Through the map, users will receive the most detailed and accurate directions, saving time and effort in traveling.

How to use: Open the iHanoi app on your phone and find the "Service Locations" section. Then, use the location search feature or turn on GPS to determine your location and select the desired location, then tap on directions for detailed instructions.

Furthermore, according to the City's Public Administration Service Center, the Hanoi People's Committee is also about to launch and implement the "Open Science and Technology Forum" on the iHanoi platform to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TƯ of the Politburo and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The forum will serve as a space for exchange and connection among citizens, the scientific community, businesses, startups, educational and research institutions, and other social organizations. Here, initiatives in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation will be proposed and discussed, directly contributing to socio-economic development. This will create a strong impetus for socio-economic development and improve the quality of life in Hanoi.
