Professional training for full-time union officials

On August 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to train and foster trade union work skills and deploy a number of new documents for full-time public officials in the entire system.

At the conference, full-time union officials were trained on the following contents: Building and signing collective labor agreements and activities on occupational safety and hygiene; Union supervision of law enforcement, implementing democracy at the grassroots level and consulting and supporting workers; propaganda work and women's work; guidance on union shelter records; organizing and mobilizing union members, establishing grassroots unions and perfecting the grassroots union executive committee; union finance work... In addition, union officials also exchanged and discussed to clarify issues and regulations for proper application in practice.

The conference aims to equip knowledge, improve skills and working methods for union officials, contributing to building a team of union officials to meet assigned tasks in the new situation.
