The Costa Rican futsal team couldn't withstand Brazil's relentless attack for long. After just over four minutes, Brazil scored the opening goal and then maintained their advantage, imposing their dominance and securing an easy victory over Costa Rica.
In the other match, Ukraine, considered the stronger team, also won 3-1 against the Netherlands. After taking the lead and then conceding an equalizer, Ukraine overcame their opponent thanks to late goals.
On September 25th, the FIFA Futsal World Cup will feature two other exciting matchups. The world's third-ranked team, Spain, will face Venezuela at 5:30 PM.
The remaining match will be the clash between Paraguay and Afghanistan at 10:00 PM.
