The FIFA Futsal World Cup 2024 entered its second day of competition with matches in Groups C and D. Among them, the clash between Afghanistan and Angola attracted particular attention as both teams delivered a dramatic match.

This match saw a total of 10 goals scored as both teams traded blows, creating an exciting back-and-forth battle. Ultimately, the Afghanistan futsal team won with a score of 6-4.

The remaining match in Group C held few surprises. The Argentinian futsal team, considered the stronger side, easily defeated the Ukrainian futsal team with a resounding 7-1 victory.

In Group D, the Spanish futsal team only managed a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Kazakhstan. In the other match, the Libyan futsal team won 3-1 against New Zealand.
